Salon Landschaft is an ongoing, interdisciplinary forum centered around landscape architecture, environmentalism, ecology, sustainability and horticulture. It was initiated by landscape architect Fanny Brandauer during her artist-in-residency program at the “Junge Akademie” of the Akademie der Künste Berlin (Sektion Baukunst). Folders were designed for the interviews with atelier le balto, Inken Baller, Julius von Bismarck, Violeta Burckhardt, Niklas Fanelsa, Dehlia Hannah, Laura Leppert, Jann Mausen and Robin Winogrond. The ripped paper was used to represent and evoke landscapes, extending the aesthetic concept to a holding page and social media formats. The following episode for Salon Landschaft is Fanny Brandauer’s guest professorship at the University of Kassel. A typographic identity was created for this occasion, juxtaposing illustrative elements around certain letters, creating unique compositions depending on the written content. www.salonlandschaft.com
